Rond Kerst is JD’s Big Band ook actief als JD’s Jingle Bells Big Band, met bijvoorbeeld optredens in Gouda, bij Gouda in Kaarslicht, in Dordrecht op de kerstmarkt en de muzikale omlijsting verzorgd bij een kerstlunch voor het luchtmachtpersoneel (800 aanwezigen) op de vliegbasis Volkel. In 2022 speelde JD’s Jingle Bells Big Band bij Gouda in kaarslicht – voor de negende keer. Zo heeft JD’s Jingle Bells Big Band ook gespeeld bij de Lichtjesavond in Delft.
